About Us
Salt & Light Furniture Liquidations is operated by Salt and Light Sleep Solutions LLC, 1132 S. Santa Fe, Wichita, Kansas 67211. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, along with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Our Merchandise
Our furniture comes from e-commerce cancellations, returns, overstock, and closeouts. Many items are still in their original packaging and haven't been opened or inspected by us. Photos may be manufacturer or representative images, and colors can look different on different screens. If we know about an issue with an item, we note it on the listing. When you buy an item with a noted issue, you're buying it with that issue.

Availability
Most of our items are one of a kind or in limited supply. If an item sells before we can fill your order, we'll let you know and give you a full refund, or a similar item if you'd prefer. We aren't able to hold items.

Pricing and Errors
Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change at any time. If an item is listed with a clear pricing or description error, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.

Payment and Sales Tax
Payment is due in full at checkout. Sales tax is based on where you receive your order: our Wichita store rate for pickups, and the rate at your delivery address for deliveries. Delivery charges are listed separately on your order.

Pickup and Delivery
Pickup hours, delivery areas, and delivery pricing are in our Shipping Policy. For deliveries:
- An adult 18 or older needs to be present.
- Please measure doorways, hallways, and stairways, and make sure there's a clear path.
- Our crew may decline to move an item if it isn't safe or could damage the item or your home. If that happens, we'll work with you on another option.

Replacements and Final Sale
All sales are final for change of mind, color, size, or fit. If your item is damaged or unusable, we'll replace it with the same item, or a similar or like-priced item if the same one isn't available. See our Refund Policy for how to let us know.

Assembly and Use
Please inspect your item before assembling it and follow the manufacturer's assembly and care instructions. Our replacement promise covers items that are damaged or unusable when you receive them. It doesn't cover problems caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete assembly, or not following the manufacturer's instructions
- Misuse, overloading, or using an item for something it wasn't designed for
- Changes, repairs, or modifications made after you receive it
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage that happens after pickup or delivery, including moving the item yourself
- Any issue already noted on the listing

If something goes wrong after assembly, contact us. We'll review it fairly. Manufacturer warranties may not apply to our merchandise.

Your Rights Under Kansas Law
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Kansas law, including the Kansas Consumer Protection Act.

Website Use
Please use our website only for lawful shopping. The content on this site, including photos, text, and our logo, belongs to Salt & Light Furniture Liquidations and can't be copied for commercial use without our permission.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by Kansas law. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Sedgwick County, Kansas.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you place your order applies to that order.
