All merchandise comes from cancelled orders and liquidation stock from platforms like Wayfair, Ashley, Amazon, and Walmart Marketplace. Each item is individually scanned on intake and sold as-is.
If an item arrives unusable or broken, we’ll replace it with a like-priced item from current stock (may not be identical). This is our only remedy — no cash refunds.
A small variance — around 3% — applies across the loads we receive and resell. Occasionally a sealed box or item passes through sight-unseen and may not match what’s expected. This is standard in the liquidation industry and outside our control.
